Aaron Bertelsen, Great Dixter’s kitchen gardener and cook, leads a study day where participants gain an insight into its vegetable garden, discovering the work that goes into growing, harvesting, preparing and cooking produce. The day includes refreshments and for lunch a recipe by Aaron from his book The Great Dixter Cook Book.
