Sound Relaxation and Meditation

Kate Henshaw and Josie Lees lead an immersive experience using yoga and sound to bring mind and body to a deeply relaxed state. Beginning with a gentle yoga practice including hands-on assists/massage, they take your mind on a journey through guided visualisation/yoga nidra (yogic sleep). While in deep relaxation, they place Tibetan singing bowls on the body, and use vocal toning and other sacred instruments to soothe body and mind. The session closes with some group chanting and a cup of tea.

Hatha Yoga Retreat

Yoga classes on this retreat, led by Lynette Greenaway, are a combination of energising Dynamic Yoga in the morning followed by a more restorative practice of haha yoga later in the day. The emphasis of the postures will be on detoxification, and participants will work through yoga postures that compress, twist and stretch the body in order to aid elimination via the digestive system. This will help them feel lighter both physically and mentally.
