Fit As A Fiddle Festival

Fit As A Fiddle Festival is a boutique wellness festival for fitness enthusiasts – and strong women. It’s for you if you love high intensity training, meditative relaxation, holistic living, natural remedies and living life to the full. You can run 5km or 10km over the South Downs, workout with personal trainers to live DJ sets and enjoy outdoors yoga. Participants will stay in state-of-the-art yurts in woodland, complete with wood-burning stoves, LED lighting, sheepskin rugs and four-poster beds. This is a practical and insightful workshop for profound wellbeing held by established local reiki masters Sue Burtenshaw and Tara Samuels, who have utilised dowsing in their healing practice and will teach how to use a crystal pendulum for wisdom, wellbeing and positivity. Sue has a Diploma in Crystal Therapy, creating many of her own dowsing charts, and Tara incorporates dowsing into all of her treatments to offer extra guidance to her clients. On the day, participants will receive their own unique crystal pendulum/dowsing charts to take home. They will also be guided through a light meditation to help them to ‘tune in’ and connect to their crystal pendulum, and step-by-step instructions on how to utilise this skill.

Introduction to Mindfulness
